Mary Turpen

Mary Elizabeth Turpen, age 85, of Melbourne, KY died Sunday, Feb. 13th at St. Elizabeth Edgewood.She is survived by her husband Norman Turpen, sons Stan and Bryan Turpen all of Melbourne, KY; and one brother Larry Dunn of Murfreesboro, TN. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Liz will be missed. I am glad i had the pleasure of being her nurse she brightened my day with her little sayings and her beautiful smile and shinning eyes.

    I am so sorry to hear about Miss Liz. She was a delight to see on Sunday mornings at church when she was able to make it. She will be missed by her whole Oakland UMC Family.

    Mary and I want to send our sincerest condolences. We know how difficult it is to say good-bye to a parent that was so close for such a long time.
    We wish comfort to you and your family at this time.
    Although, we lost contact for sometime, we'll try reconnect after a healing time.

    Liz was one of my best friends and I loved her dearly. She was the Maid of Honor in my wedding and Lytle was the best man. My condolences to the family.
