George "Bill" Murray
George William “Bill” Murray, age 74, of Alexandria,
KY passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at his residence. He was an Army Veteran
and worked for the CSX Railroad as a railroad clerk for 42yrs. He was also a
member of St. Mary Parish, Alexandria. Bill is survived by his wife, Barbara
Loechle Murray; daughters, Tina (Sean) Geiman, Jennifer (Steve) Hill, Teri
(Paul) Kirshbom and Kathleen (Darrel) Wright; sons, James “Jim” Murray and John
Murray; sister, Gail Darpel; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am on
Saturday, May 23, 2015 at St. Mary Parish, Alexandria, KY. In lieu of flowers
please consider donating to St. Mary Parish Bereavement Committee, 8246 East
Main St, Alexandria, KY 41001 or Hospice of the Bluegrass, 7388 Turfway Rd, Florence, KY 41042.

Rest in your long awaited peace my brother-in-law and friend. I will dearly miss our camaraderie and laughs we shared. You were a wonderful and loving person. You definitely were and still remain one of THE BEST. You will be in my prayers as always.
