Jack Joseph Schneider, 87, of California, KY., passed away on December 5, 2012 at Saint Elizabeth Edgewood. He was a retired construction worker & a WWII Navy Veteran. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Schneider "2009". He is survived by a son, Jack J. Schneider Jr.; 2 daughters, Barbara Lee Born, Ruth Ann Ohmer; brother, Yandell Schneider; sister, Virginia Schoulties; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, December 10, 2012 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, 10:00 AM at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Interment Mount Gilead Cemetery Carthage, KY.
