Elizabeth Barnes, age 37, of Alexandria, KY, died Monday, December 19, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY. She was a wonderful wife and mother who loved Christmas with her children! She was preceded in death by her father Charles Shanks She is survived by her husband: Jeff Barnes, her daughters: Brittney and Haley Barnes, Sons: Cody Vines and Blake Barnes, Mother, Carol (Wasser) Shanks, Brother, Matt Shanks, many aunts and uncles. Visitation from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at Alexandria Funeral Home at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 23, 2011.
