Blaine "Butch" Ortlieb
Blaine "Butch" Ortlieb, age 80, of California, KY, died Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Hospice Fort Thomas. Mr. Ortlieb was born July 16, 1931 in Highland Heights, KY. He was the son of the late John & the late Maybelle (Boden) Ortlieb. His father John Ortlieb was a builder & developer & named Elbaine Drive in Highland Heights after his sons Elwood & Blaine. Blaine was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric & a farmer. He was a member of Saint Mary Parish in Alexandria. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rita (Hellmann) Ortlieb. 4 Daughters: Cindy Schaiper, Patty (Dallas) Bray, Mary Jane (Randy) Schultz & Susan Ortlieb-Turner. Also survived by 6 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Visitation 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM Monday, September 12 at Saint Mary Catholic Church Alexandria, KY., with Mass following at 5:00 PM at the church. Interment Saint Mary Cemetery Alexandria. Memorials can be made to Saint Vincent de Paul Society C/0 Saint Mary Church 8246 East Main Street Alexandria, KY 41001 or to Saint Elizabeth Hospice 483 S. Loop Edgewood, KY 41017. No one told of ur passing. But that is okay, you are now with your loved ones that went before u. We loved you very much and know you are with Our Lord now. If you see my grandma and grandpa Thomas, tell them how much we love them too. Lots of love and hugs to ur family! No more pain or sorrow, now is the time for unending joy and peace for you. We love and miss u very much Uncle Blaine.

DeleteTo you my grandfather i live with one word there is only one god and this deviel that took me away from you will never find heaven in this life or the next for there lies in games in my life. I was rapted very bad and used for over 14 years. I was held because of my beleif in the one god of moses as a slave. Though the truth They hurt me my grandfather I hope that as being part of your family it hold the key to the greater picture of who we are as a family. I was used very bad as a game of men my grandfather the truth hurts. But I will some day home to find a place to call home again away from there hearts that will not steal my life away.
