Charles Cantrell, 88, of Alexandria, KY, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas. Charles was born May 6, 1926 in Elkhorn City, KY, he was the son of the Late George W. and the Late Bessie Swiney Cantrell. He was a WWII Army veteran and retired owner of C&C Machine and Tool of Covington, KY. A member of Alexandria United Methodist Church and also Saint Luke Lutheran Church of Cold Spring. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Bethel Cantrell. He is survived by his son, Sam Cantrell and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, December 12, 2014, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Alexandria United Methodist Church, Alexandria, KY with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM.
