Douglas L. Perkins, 57, of Dayton, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. He was born on December 26, 1956. Doug was the son of the late Roy and Rita Perkins of Silver Grove, KY. He was a self-employed carpenter. He is survived by two brothers, Allan (Janice) Perkins of Melbourne, KY and Gary (Mary Beth) Perkins of Cold Spring, KY; four sisters, Mary (Paul) Golden of Melbourne, KY, Glenna Perkins (Joe Calvin) of California, KY, Roita (Lee) Lemos of California, KY and Connie Staley of Bellevue, KY.
