Irvin W. Schultz

Irvin W. Schultz, 88, of Alexandria, KY, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at his home. Irvin was a WWII Army Veteran, he retired from Inter-Lake Steel, Newport, KY and enjoyed farming. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Schultz (nee Maschinot); a son, Tim Schultz; a granddaughter, Ambria Schultz; a brother, Alfred “Tiny” Schultz and a sister Betty Verst. Irvin is survived by two sons, Allan (Helen) Schultz and Ken (Rockie) Schultz; daughter in law, Beverly Schultz; brother, Earl Schultz; three sisters, Jane (Ervin) Enzweiler, Millie (Len) Bauman and Irma (Ralph) Drees; five grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.  Visitation 3:00 PM – 6:15 PM Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Saint Mary Church, Alexandria, KY, with Mass following at 6:30 PM. Interment will be in Saint Mary Cemetery, Alexandria, KY. Memorials can be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 7388 Turfway Road, Florence, KY 41042. Alexandria Funeral Home serving the family.
