Carl A. Auchter , 78, of Mentor, KY, passed away on May 2, 2012 at Saint Elizabeth Hospice Fort Thomas . He was a member and Senior Deacon of Mentor Baptist Church, Korean War Veteran, member of Grand View Cemetery Board of Directors & a retired senior lineman after 34 years of service with Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company. Carl was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Jean Auchter. Carl is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cecile Styer Auchter; , a daughter, Carla Hearn: a son, Tony Auchter; 3 step daughters, Barbara King, Tracy Perry & Heather Coy; 2 step sons, Scott & Troy Styer; 2 sisters, Carolyn Eshman & Alberta Kemplin; also survived by three grandchildren & eight great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 6, 2012, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012, 11:00 AM at the Mentor Baptist Church, Mentor, Kentucky, with Reverend Shane Brewer, officiating. Interment Grand View Cemetery, Mentor, KY. I do not know how to express to people what a good, kind hearted, honest, genuine and amazing man you were. You were always the best to me and we earned each other's trust and respect. I as a female looked up to you and I always will. Your kindness you showed me will never be forgotten. RIP Carl Auchter!!!
