Harry M Thorn Jr., age 89, of Alexandria, KY, died Sunday, June 12, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Hospice in Fort Thomas, KY.
Harry was devoted husband and father with a great sense of humor and nicknames for everyone. He was a volunteer at Meals on wheels for 13 years. He is preceded in death by his daughter Connie Hanson.
He is survived by his wife; Ruth (Chalk) Thorn. Daughters
Eileen Embry and Debbie Moellman; 7 Grandchildren; 22 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation at Alexandria Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Wednesday, June 15, 2011, with the service following. Interment will be at Grand View Cemetery, Mentor, KY. Memorials to:

    Mrs. Thorn, Debbie and Family:

    We send our deepest sympathy and will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. I am very sorry we will not be able to attend the services, however we will be there in spirit. Debbie, Brian and Shelly also send there love and thougths to you. You will always be their Aunt, no matter what. If there is anything we can do, please do not hesitate to call.
