  1. To the ENTIRE RIFKIN FAMILY:
I WANT TO EXTEND MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY & CONDOLENSES ON THE PASSING OF MRS RIFKIN. I KNEW HER HUSBAND HARRY YEARS AGO WHEN THEY OWNED RIFKINS SHOES STORE IN DAYTON KY.HARRY WOULD GIVE A BABY HIS OR HER 1ST PAIR OF SHOES FREE. I REMEMBER PUTTING MY FEET IN A ACTUAL XRAY MACHINE TO SEE IF SHOES FIT. U COULD SEE THE BONES IN UR FEET. Harry & his wife did a lot for the people in Dayton Ky. i remember 1 day when I was in the shoes shoe & lady didn't have enough money to buy her little girl shoes. Harry said bring the rest back when U get it. They did that all the time. CLASSY FAMILY. RIP HARRY & MRS ETTA MAE RIFKIN.
