  1. I have known Alberta since 1968 since Gerald and Steve were neighbors and friends. I am so lucky I have really gotten to know her over the past 3 - 4 years. Mainly since Alberta started going into the St Eliz. Hospital and while at Carmel Manor. I would visit her
2-3 times a week, seeing her eyes light up and her smile when she saw me. I cared for Alberta because I loved her and Bob alot. I would feed her lunch, curl her hair and we took wheelchair walks down the hall to see the birds was a big part of my visits. I even got her to play cards with me and on days when my Granddaughter was with me they would smile and laugh with each other. She didn't always know me by name but that didn't matter. Those are the memories I am going to cherish, our visits together. My prayers for Bob, Steve and the whole family Alberta will be missed for she was a WONDERFUL LADY.
