Lewis Ward

Lewis R. Ward, age 81, of Montgomery, OH formerly of Butler, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Montgomery Care Center. Lewis was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Ward; step-daughter, Diane Neace; siblings, Jan, Wendell, Carl, Troy, Roger, and Jeff Ward.  He is survived by his son, Rick Ward; daughter, Anita Fleming; siblings, Doris Francis, Tina Collins, Sara Bickford, Ron and Ed Ward; 4 grandchildren.  A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 23, 2016 at the Alexandria Cemetery, 7 Spilman Dr., Alexandria, KY 41001. Arrangements entrusted to the Alexandria Funeral Home.
