Helen Mae Govan

Helen Mae Govan (nee Burns), 79, of California, KY, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 , at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, Cold Spring. Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, John Govan “2008”. Helen is survived by her children, Mary Jo Govan, Patty (Jeryl) Smith, John (Nora) Govan, Steve (Linda) Govan and Jerry (Cindy) Govan; sisters, Delores Oliver and Karen Stabler; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Visitation 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday, October 3, 2014 with funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Alexandria Cemetery.
