David A. Steffen

David A. Steffen, 61, of Alexandria, died peacefully at his home on November 30, 2013. He was the owner of David A. Steffen Contractors and a farmer. He was a member of the Campbell County Historical Society and a lifetime member of Saint Mary’s Parish. He enjoyed restoring antique tractors, history and finding treasures in the dirt. Dave was preceded in death by his father, Peter Steffen. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Marc) Venneman; his son, Andrew (Nicki) Steffen; five grandchildren, Jarrett, Brady, Ella, Katelyn and Drew; his mother, Martha Steffen; five sisters, Marilyn (Garry) Woeste, Rose Ann (Steve) Steffen, Judy (Harold) Griffith, Mary (Leroy) Lauer and Margaret (Tony) Griffith; a brother, Donald (Mary Lou) Steffen and a dear friend, Betty Ellis. Visitation 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Mass 10:00 AM Thursday at Saint Mary Church, Alexandria, KY.
